Two buttons appear on each movie/show:

• 👍 Like (thumbs up)
• 👎 Dislike (thumbs down)

What happens when you click:

• First click = Saves your choice
• Clicking same button again = Removes your choice
• Clicking opposite button = Changes your choice

Example 1: Liking a Movie

You see "The Avengers"

Click 👍

Now:

• 👍 stays highlighted (filled)
• The system remembers you like this
• It will recommend similar movies

Example 2: Disliking a Show

You see "Reality TV Show"

Click 👎

Now:

• 👎 stays highlighted
• The system hides this from recommendations for 2 weeks
• Won't recommend similar reality shows

Example 3: Changing Your Mind

You 👍 "Romantic Comedy" yesterday

Today you click 👎 instead

Now:

• 👍 un-highlights
• 👎 highlights
• System updates your preference
